A clear view of your assets * You demonstrate keen business acumen and strategic thinking skills. * You are a natural leader, knowing how to persuade and mobilize your team towards your vision and in the achievement of objectives. * You have a background in business development, project management, and sales. * Your university education in management or business administration (or a related field) is considered an asset. * You are comfortable with computers, technology, and Microsoft 365 (knowledge of EMR systems is an asset). * You are organized, self-disciplined, and have excellent prioritization, time management, and problem-solving skills. * Required: You can travel for training to other clinics within Canada (expenses covered by Vision Group). * Schedule: You have flexible availability to work from Monday to Friday.
