Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets, grow market share, and identify new business opportunities while leading, coaching, and developing the local sales team. Build client, agency, and community relationships; coordinate advertising campaigns across departments; monitor market trends; and report sales performance to senior leadership.
