About the Role We're looking for a Senior Campaign Manager to lead client campaigns from strategy through execution while building strong, long-term client relationships. You'll work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional campaigns, uncover growth opportunities, and ensure every partnership delivers measurable results. Bonus: This role includes uncapped commission. What You'll Do Own client relationships as the primary point of contact Lead campaign strategy, kickoff meetings, and performance reviews Manage campaigns from planning through execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and at a high standard Partner with creative, sales, and marketing teams to deliver exceptional client experiences Monitor campaign performance and use insights to optimize results Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities that create value for clients Prepare and present campaign reports with actionable recommendations What We're Looking For You might be a great fit if you: Have 5-7 years of experience in account management, agency experience, digital marketing, or a similar client-facing role Are an excellent communicator who can confidently work with senior stakeholders Thrive managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Are strategic, analytical, and highly organized Have experience growing client accounts through renewals and upselling Enjoy solving problems and continuously improving processes Are comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, HubSpot, Monday.com, Mailchimp, WordPress, or similar platforms Have an interest in business, technology, investing, or global trends Compensation & Benefits Salary: $70,000-$80,000 CAD base + uncapped commission The actual salary will be based on various factors, including the candidate’s level of skills, experience and education aligned with the needs of the role and market.
