Provide administrative and coordination support to the development team, including organizing meetings, maintaining project records and trackers, coordinating planning application materials, and following up with stakeholders. Process and track project invoices and costs, coordinate RFPs and development documents, and maintain accurate project files and deadlines.

Analyze and screen investment opportunities, coordinate due diligence and transaction workflows, and manage pursuits from initial identification through approvals, closing, and post-closing activities. Prepare Investment Committee, Board, executive, and external materials, support healthcare real estate RFP responses, and provide leadership to junior team members.
