Supports healthcare professionals with client education, home testing processes, equipment care, and safe, confidential service, while contributing to branch operations and participating in an on-call rotation.

Conduct respiratory assessments and evaluate diagnostic results, initiate prescribed CPAP and oxygen therapy, fit and deliver equipment, and develop treatment plans in collaboration with clients, physicians, and care teams. Provide patient education and follow-up, monitor treatment effectiveness and safety, complete clinical and funding documentation, and liaise with medical professionals.

The Care Coordinator manages high-volume calls regarding sleep apnea and oxygen services, ensuring patient files are accurate and updated. They act as a liaison between patients, referral sources, and respiratory therapists to resolve equipment issues and drive business growth.
