About The Role As a Bulk Production Technician, you will play a key role in the manufacturing process, working with small-scale industrial equipment to produce supplement blends and capsules. You’ll be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining equipment while ensuring production is efficient, safe, and compliant with quality standards. Production Schedule We are hiring for Full-Time positions in our production facility: Evening Shift: Full-Time Schedule from 3 pm - 11:30 pm, 5 days per week. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor production equipment including blenders, mixers, encapsulators, bottlers, labelers and other supporting machinery. Set up, clean, and maintain equipment in compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs). Accurately measure and weigh ingredients for production batches. Document production activities and maintain batch records according to GMP standards. Perform in-process checks to ensure product quality and consistency. Follow all safety, hygiene, and quality control protocols. Assist with troubleshooting and minor equipment adjustments as needed. Support general production activities, including material handling, cleaning, and inventory movement. Qualifications Prior experience operating production equipment and automated machinery within the supplement manufacturing industry is a strong asset. Previous experience in dietary supplements, food manufacturing, or pharmaceuticals preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to follow written instructions and SOPs accurately. Good mechanical aptitude and comfort working with machinery. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Team player with a positive, reliable, and safety-first mindset. Pay for this role will be commensurate with direct experience on neutraceutical production machinery, with an expected range between $19.50 - $22.00/hr. This role is Monday to Friday, 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm. There is also flexibility to work on weekend if preferred. Note: While we would love to meet every applicant, we have supplements to make!
