What you'll be doing You'll play a key role in keeping our financial engine running smoothly, working across: Daily/Monthly/Yearly Financial reconciliation and reporting Authorizing and processing Financial settlement for RSFS (via tools such as FinMan and D365) Institutions setup and management in Fare Program Web Portal (FPWP) and D365 - Create, Update, Delete Timely journal entries as and when required Collaborating with the customer(s) to ensure solutions meet expectations Chargeback processing Invoicing and credit memos Refunds processing via bank system Processing of purchase requests - collaborating with Vix's Financial team Assess and Identify financial risk and inform superior Assist with process refinements, enhancements and documentation This role gives you real visibility into how finance supports a global product and operational business. Ability to interpret large amounts of data Experienced in Variance Analysis Attention to details and problem-solving mindset Ability to excel under pressure Team spirit and stakeholders management Why Vix?
