Acting as a trusted advisor, you will provide practical, evidence-based advice that supports quality outcomes, regulatory compliance and operational effectiveness. Success in this role requires a balanced approach that combines strong regulatory knowledge with operational understanding and commercial awareness, ensuring compliance is embedded as an enabler of high-quality service delivery. The Responsibilities Partner with Care at Home leaders to drive quality, safety, compliance and continuous improvement outcomes. Act as a trusted advisor, providing practical and balanced advice that supports quality outcomes, regulatory compliance and operational effectiveness. Support accreditation, certification, audits and regulatory compliance activities. Monitor quality and risk trends, providing practical recommendations to improve service delivery. Provide expert guidance on aged care standards, legislation and best practice. Promote a culture where compliance is viewed as an enabler of high-quality service delivery rather than a standalone function. Build strong stakeholder relationships and influence positive change across the organisation. What's Required Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse Experience in quality, compliance or management within Support at Home, aged care or community services Knowledge of aged care regulatory frameworks, quality systems, risk management and compliance requirements Experience supporting accreditation, certification, audit activities and continuous improvement initiatives Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills, with the ability to translate legislative requirements into practical operational solutions Strong commercial and operational awareness, with the ability to balance compliance requirements with service delivery outcomes. Current Victorian Driver Licence.
