About VNEXT VNEXT is a Microsoft-focused consulting firm helping organizations successfully adopt, govern, and scale Microsoft technologies. We partner with clients across North America to deliver high-impact solutions centered around Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot, Azure, and Modern Workplace. About the Opportunity We're looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our team in the Niagara/St Catharines region — someone who already knows their way around a support environment and is ready to specialize. You'll provide on-site Level 1 and Level 2 support at a client site, handle tickets across our client base, support our internal team, and work alongside our senior consultants on live Microsoft 365 projects. This role is deliberately broad. The exposure across client environments, internal systems and real project work is what will make you a strong Microsoft consultant far faster than a single-focus support position. What you'll do Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support to a client in the Niagara region — mostly remote (troubleshooting hardware, software, accounts, connectivity and day-to-day user issues), with ad-hoc on-site visits when an issue requires hands-on attention (hardware, connectivity, physical setup). Handle support tickets across our client base remotely, with clear communication and timely follow-through Act as internal IT support for the VNEXT team — onboarding, device setup, account administration and general troubleshooting Work alongside our senior consultants on Microsoft 365 project delivery — administration, configuration, documentation and testing across Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive and Intune What we're looking for 2–4 years of experience in IT support, service desk or a similar technical support role. Solid working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) and Windows environments. Familiarity with Entra ID (Azure AD), user and license administration, and basic endpoint management (Intune an asset). Comfortable working on-site and face-to-face with users — strong communication and a service-oriented mindset. Able to work independently, prioritize across multiple clients, and follow through without supervision. What we offer Work alongside senior Microsoft consultants on live enterprise projects. Genuine variety — on-site support, remote tickets and hands-on project work, by design. A clear route to move from generalist support into a Microsoft consulting role. Microsoft Certifications fully sponsored. Engagement Model Remote, with occasional on-site visits to client locations in the Niagara Region, Ontario, to provide hands-on support. Part-time.
