Key Responsibilities Perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and modifications Certify maintenance in accordance with Transport Canada regulations and company procedures Diagnose and rectify aircraft mechanical, electrical, and avionics defects Complete technical records and documentation accurately and professionally Assist with sheet metal and avionics work as required Ensure the highest standards of safety, compliance, and workmanship Support operational readiness across both rotary-wing and fixed-wing fleets Contribute to a positive, collaborative maintenance culture Required Qualifications Current Transport Canada M1 AME Licence Valid driver's licence Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Commitment to safety, quality, and professionalism Strong communication and teamwork skills Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Preferred Qualification Having experience working on any of the following aircraft is highly desirable: Robinson R44 Bell 206 Cessna 172 Equivalent experience on similar aircraft types will also be considered Hours Of Work And Work Environment The position is an onsite role, and the Employee is required to perform their duties primarily at the Company’s designated workplace at Villeneuve Airport, as directed by the Company. The standard work schedule consists of forty (40) hours per week, subject to operational requirements. From time to time, the Employee may be required to maintain reasonable flexibility in working hours to support operational needs, time-sensitive maintenance, aircraft-on-ground events, or business priorities. The role is performed in an aircraft maintenance environment and may involve exposure to noise, machinery, fuels, lubricants, weather conditions, and other workplace hazards. Required personal protective equipment must be worn and all safety procedures followed. Limited travel or field work may be required based on operational needs.
