The Auxiliary Highway Maintenance Worker & Operator is responsible for the safe operation of heavy trucks and equipment to maintain highway functionality. Duties include performing manual labor, snow and ice control, and completing all necessary maintenance documentation. Candidates must possess a valid BC Class 3 driver's license with an air brake endorsement and a clean driving abstract. At least 2 years of experience in highway maintenance is preferred, along with the physical ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
