Volts Energies is looking for a motivated person to join our production team as a Junior Assembler. This position is ideal for someone who wants to learn, grow, and build a career with us in a fast-growing technical field. We provide in-house training. What You Will Learn With Us Working with our team, you will be trained step by step to learn how to: Assemble our Li-Cube units, autonomous energy systems integrating solar, batteries, inverters, generators, and controls. Perform basic mechanical assembly. Install supports, rails, structures, and components. Participate in electrical panel assembly under supervision. Use the right tools and proper work methods. Gradually read and understand plans, technical drawings, and assembly diagrams. Perform simple checks to ensure clean, solid, and well-executed work. Work safely in a shop environment. The Type of Person We Are Looking For You Could Be a Good Fit If You Are Hands-on and comfortable using tools. Motivated to learn a technical trade. Reliable, punctual, and serious about your work. Curious, resourceful, and willing to ask questions. Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Proud of doing clean and well-executed work. Interested in electricity, mechanics, solar, batteries, or technology. Experience in a workshop, construction, mechanics, installation, production, or assembly is an asset, but not required.
