We are looking for a resourceful, experienced, and skilled technician who manufactures autonomous energy solutions integrating solar panels, batteries, inverters, generators, control systems, and electrical panels. We are looking for someone who enjoys hands-on work, who can read blueprints, understand assembly procedures, and find solutions on-site. A long-term career in a promising field! Responsibilities Responsible for the complete assembly of Li-Cube units. www.licube.ca Assemble and install mechanical, electrical, and solar components. Participate in and supervise the assembly of electrical panels according to provided plans. Install brackets, rails, structures, solar panels, batteries, inverters, and accessories. Read and interpret plans, technical drawings, and assembly diagrams. Use hand and power tools safely. Perform basic checks to ensure a clean, solid, and compliant assembly. Collaborate with the technical team to resolve problems encountered during assembly. Keep your workspace clean, safe, and well-organized. Desired Profile Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical assembly, electrical assembly, manufacturing, installation, or a related field Similar. Resourceful, independent, and able to find solutions. Excellent manual dexterity. Ability to read and understand assembly drawings. Good mechanical reasoning and practical skills. Attention to detail and pride in a job well done. Experience with electrical panels, industrial equipment, solar power, batteries, or generators is a significant asset. Good attitude, punctuality, and team spirit. Semi-retired individuals with technical experience are welcome. What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience, between $34/hour and $42/hour. Permanent, full-time position. Schedule of day. End of workday at 2:30 p.m. on Friday. Tedy Program: 2% of salary paid into a personal spending account. All necessary work tools are provided.
