We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused *Showroom Sales Representative* to join our growing team. Responsibilities * Welcome customers and provide a professional showroom experience. * Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products. * Demonstrate product features and answer customer questions. * Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and coordinate deliveries. * Follow up with customers before and after purchase. * Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and social media. * Maintain showroom appearance and product displays. * Assist with promotional events, in-store activities, and product launches. * Build long-term customer relationships and contribute to achieving sales targets. Qualifications * Previous retail, showroom, or sales experience is preferred. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Self-motivated, responsible, and goal-oriented. * Comfortable using computers and point-of-sale systems. * Fluent in English is required. Mandarin is a strong asset. * Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
