As a greeter, they would have to assess what the patrons want, whether a repair or a part. The greeter would assign a volunteer to work with the patron. As a volunteer, you may be asked to work with a patron to assist and instruct with a bicycle repair. As a volunteer, you may be asked to help disassemble a bicycle and harvest the parts for our inventory. As a volunteer, you may be asked to organize bike parts and patch inner tubes. As a volunteer, you would be expected to assist with clean up of the shop at the end of the shift. Some basic bicycle repair knowledge would be helpful, but not essential.
