Welder – Join a Team That Values Quality, Safety & People We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Welder to join our team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for pre-assembling and welding parts according to technical drawings and quality standards, while helping maintain a safe, organized, and collaborative work environment. What You’ll Do Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Pre-assemble and prepare parts for welding Perform TIG/MIG welding and verify weld quality Complete work orders and properly label finished parts Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality production standards What We’re Looking For Welder/Fitter diploma 1–3 years of welding experience preferred Recent graduates are welcome to apply Internship opportunities may also be available TIG welding experience is required Ability to read technical drawings and perform basic calculations Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility Team-oriented mindset with good organizational skills Basic computer skills 👉 A short on-site TIG welding test will be required prior to hire. What you’ll do

The welder is responsible for pre-assembling and welding parts according to technical drawings and quality standards. They must also maintain tools, keep work areas safe, and collaborate with the team to ensure high production standards.

Requirements

Candidates should possess a Welder/Fitter diploma and preferably 1-3 years of experience, though recent graduates are welcome. Proficiency in TIG welding and the ability to read technical drawings are required.
