Location: Downtown Toronto, ON Duration: 3-Month Internship | Fall 2026 Schedule: Part-time | 20 hours per week Vorwerk Canada is looking for a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing & Events Intern to support our growing calendar of events, incentive programs, and marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a student interested in marketing, events, communications, or business operations who wants hands on experience working with a fast paced international brand. Key Responsibilities Assist with event logistics and preparation, including materials, gifts, welcome boxes, merchandise, signage, guest lists, registration assets, and event supplies. Conduct research for incentive trips and events, including destinations, hotels, restaurants, activities, transportation and transfers, venues, gifts, and local vendors. Research and compare vendors and suppliers based on pricing, quality, availability, and project requirements. Support vendor coordination across areas such as hotels, décor, AV, catering, transportation, printing, and promotional products. Assist with the pickup, organization, inventory, packaging, and preparation of event materials, gifts, merchandise, and printed materials. Support the translation and adaptation of marketing and promotional communications from English to French, including Terms & Conditions, campaign emails, FAQs, monthly marketing updates, incentive communications, and general marketing materials. Assist with proofreading and preparing marketing assets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality. Contribute to brainstorming for marketing campaigns, incentive programs, promotional initiatives, and event concepts. Research vendors, influencers, promotional products, and content creation tools to support marketing campaigns and initiatives. Provide day to day administrative and project coordination support to the Marketing & Events team before, during, and after projects. What You’ll Gain Hands on experience in event planning, marketing, communications, and project coordination. Exposure to national events, incentive programs, and high visibility marketing projects. Experience working with vendors, executives, and cross functional teams. Behind the scenes exposure to the full event lifecycle, from research and planning through execution and post event follow up. Opportunities to build a strong portfolio of marketing and event projects. Professional training and mentorship throughout the internship. Who We’re Looking For Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills. Interest in events, marketing, travel, and experiential marketing. Creative, proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Comfortable working in a fast paced and collaborative environment. Fluent in English. Available for occasional early morning start when required. Nice to Have Proactive and self motivated, with a genuine willingness to learn and take initiative. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Canva. Interest in marketing operations, event planning, project coordination, or content production. French language skills are a strong asset.
