Voyago is hiring a Part-Time Dispatcher for our Checker Division in London, ON. Reporting to Operations Manager, Dispatchers are responsible for providing a high degree of customer service while coordinating bookings. They identify customer needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives. Your Role You are responsible for the dispatch of drivers and providing accurate direction You are responsible for a high degree of customer service You thrive in a fast paced high stress environment You will provide on demand support to drivers You will communicate with clients and drivers and work to fill all shifts The rate for this position is $20.50 per hour. Shift: Saturday and Sundays (2:00PM - 10:30PM) Your profile: High School Diploma or Equivalent; Emergency Telecommunications Graduate preferred 1-2 years of Dispatch or Call Taking experience Ability to work independently Excellent problem-solving skills Must have the ability to multitask and shift priorities as needed Proficiency in Microsoft programs such as Outlook, Work and Excel Work Location This position is based in-office at our main building located at 573 Admiral Court London ON. Please note that remote work options are not available for this role.
