Presales Engineer – PKI & Certificate Integration Solutions

Job Description Collaborate with Sales and internal teams to provide pre-sales technical support and solution consulting. Design and propose infrastructure and security solutions based on customer requirements. Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demos, and proof-of-concept (POC). Conduct product workshops and training sessions for customers or business partners. Support marketing events and work with vendors/partners to ensure project success. Facilitate communication with development teams to ensure that solutions, including PKI or certificate workflows, are architected to integrate smoothly with application environments. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field. General security knowledge—authentication, authorization, encryption, or certificate usage in applications. Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both developers and non-technical stakeholders. English reading or writing skills are a plus—but not required. Customer-focused, flexible, and solution-oriented mindset. Fresh graduates with a strong technical foundation and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Nice to Have (not required): Familiarity with PKI or certificate management platforms (e.g., Entrust, MS ADCS), understanding of certificate lifecycles or digital signing, and experience working with developers around secure APIs.
