Position: Senior ERP Specialist (D365 Manufactuirng & Supply Chain Management) Position Type: Contract, Extendable No. of Positions: 1 Location: Ontario/Quebec (Remote) Description This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Production Consultant to play a key role in delivering Microsoft D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management solutions. This position focuses on helping clients improve production operations, planning processes, scheduling, and overall supply chain performance by designing and implementing scalable ERP solutions. As a senior functional consultant, you will partner with business leaders, project teams, and technical specialists to understand operational challenges, recommend best-practice solutions, and configure Dynamics 365 to support complex manufacturing environments. You will guide clients throughout the implementation lifecycle. This position offers a competitive salary with room for growth and opportunity to work with enterprise clients. Key Responsibilities Lead the functional delivery of D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management projects involving production management, manufacturing execution, planning, and scheduling. Analyze business operations, facilitate discovery workshops, and design future-state manufacturing processes. Configure and optimize core manufacturing capabilities including Production Control, Bills of Materials, Resource Management, Master Planning, Shop Floor processes, and related supply chain functionality. Coordinate testing activities, data migration planning, user acceptance testing, deployment readiness, and post-implementation support to ensure successful project delivery. Work closely with solution architects, developers, finance consultants, warehouse specialists, and integration teams. Develop functional documentation, process maps, configuration specifications, and training materials. Build trusted client relationships by presenting recommendations, resolving complex functional issues, identifying continuous improvement opportunities, and supporting pre-sales activities when required. Qualifications Minimum SEVEN years of experience supporting manufacturing, production planning, or supply chain operations Proven experience delivering Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations or D365 Supply Chain Management solutions. Proven success leading functional workstreams on enterprise ERP implementations. Strong understanding of manufacturing strategies, including Make-to-Stock (MTS), Make-to-Order (MTO), Engineer-to-Order (ETO), and Assemble-to-Order (ATO). Demonstrated expertise configuring production, master planning, scheduling, and demand planning capabilities. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with executives, business users, and technical teams in complex project environments. Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are highly desirable; experience with Power Platform, Power BI, and Azure DevOps would be considered strong assets.
