Requirements

Requires 15 or more years of SAP HCM or SuccessFactors experience, with strong expertise in Employee Central, Time Management, and Payroll. Candidates must also have experience with global template rollouts, country localization, fit-to-template or fit-to-standard methods, payroll parallel testing, SuccessFactors integrations, and client-facing consulting.
