Job summary
Summary: We are looking for an Intermediate Technical Support Engineer with strong experience in VMware, Windows Server administration, Linux environments, and IT service management processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for server deployments, infrastructure support, incident management, and maintaining enterprise environments Roles & Responsibilities: Manage and support VMware vSphere environments, including virtual machines (VMs) and VM templates. Build, configure, and maintain Windows servers and related infrastructure services. Administer Active Directory services, including DHCP, DNS, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs). Perform Linux deployment, configuration, and administration activities, with Red Hat Linux experience considered an asset. Handle incidents, service requests, and change management activities through ServiceNow. Support server hardware setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting as required. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure stable and secure infrastructure operations. Maintain system documentation and follow organizational processes and standards. Qualifications & Skills: Strong hands-on experience with VMware vSphere, virtual machines, and VM templates. Experience building and administering Windows Server environments. Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and GPO management. Experience with Linux administration; familiarity with Red Hat Linux is an advantage. Working knowledge of ServiceNow, Incident Management, and Change Management processes. Understanding of server hardware installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid and collaborative environment.
