Job summary
Position Overview As a Civil/Structural Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the planning, design, and execution of various luxury rental projects and commercial builds. You will collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Key Responsibilities Design and oversee construction projects including luxury rentals and commercial buildings. Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to determine project requirements. Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and reports. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to facilitate cross-functional teamwork. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards. Assist in project budget estimation and resource allocation. Monitor project progress and provide solutions to any challenges that arise. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineer Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in Manitoba or eligibility for registration. Experience in leading a team is an asset Stamping & Compliance experience. Wood-Frame Experience
