Job summary
We are looking for a full-time Property Manager to join our team . In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of properties, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting the company's continued development. Responsibilities Manage daily administration and contribute to process improvements. Oversee rent collection and address arrears. Handle monthly administrative tasks: lease renewals, move-ins, move-outs, and assignments. Supervise an administrative assistant and concierges. Coordinate contractors, vendors, and tenant service requests. Negotiate contracts with suppliers and service providers. Manage rental inventory, listings, and conduct unit showings. Ensure properties are well-maintained and operational. Contribute actively to the company's growth and success. Profile & Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills (verbal and written). Professionalism and high ethical standards. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Initiative, autonomy, attention to detail, and reliability. Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure. Team-oriented, dynamic, and collaborative mindset. Experience and/or training in real estate management. Fluency in English (spoken and written)
