Job summary

The Opportunity Accountable/responsible for the development of service administration and billing for both internal & external customers. Field and respond to customer inquiries. The Role * Service billing. * Issuing/receiving purchase orders. * Assisting dispatch with work orders & scheduling. * Warranty submission. * Respond to customers via telephone, or electronically in a timely and courteous manner; delivers strong internal and external service. * Work in collaboration with the technical team. * Other administrative duties for various lines of business. * Time-card entry. * Assisting the Service Department with Shipping/Receiving tasks. * Assisting and maintaining the billing and maintenance of our fleet program. The Candidate * Work Experience: 2 years related experience in service, parts, supply chain or product support operations in an office setting. * Knowledge: Basic knowledge of heavy equipment and/or truck & coach industry sectors is an asset * Proficiency: Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint The Company Since 1858, Wajax has been a leading industrial products and solutions provider continually innovating to serve Canadian industry coast-to-coast.
