The Opportunity Tundra Process Solutions is currently seeking a Field Valve Technician Assistant based out of our Fort St. John Branch. Do you eat, sleep and breathe valves in various varieties? Are you a self-starter that has the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems on the fly? If yes, then you might just be who we're looking for. The Role * Field servicing of Ball and Gate Valves * Repairs and inspections of Choke and Control Valves * Repair of ESD Valves and Components * In-house repairs to Manifold Valves, Actuators and ANSI Valves * Assistant to Lead with Tundra Service Truck - this includes maintenance, upkeep and applicable paperwork * Forklift Operations The Candidate * At least 2+ years of industry experience in the Oil and Gas Sector * Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with clients via phone or email * Able to work independently, as well as part of a team * Lives Tundra Core Values * Experience in pressure testing is preferred * Valid Forklift Operations Ticket * Experience and training in both Hoisting and Rigging * Small Crane Certificate is an asset * Valid Class 5 Drivers License and clean Drivers Abstract * Must be local to the Fort St.John area or willing to relocate Compensation $22-28 per hour.
