Position Summary... A Department Specialized Associate, this Associate drives sales in a highly specialized part of our business. Product knowledge in this field is at a premium. What You'll Do... Customer service is a priority – moments take precedence over task Assist customers with sale of goods including: Provide product information. Answer product questions. Recommend products. Retrieve products from locked cabinets. Full completion of standard ‘floor’ associate type work, including but not limited to: Deep zone, CAP/VizPick Process, PinPoint process, Price changes, Feature to home, Zoning. Setting and completion of modular Promote – Charity events, Promote Walmart Mastercard, Promote Walmart Protection Plan, Promote OMNI extended aisle offering. Product Launches –in-store Product Launch of high complexity, training/advising other areas of the store as necessary.
