WHAT YOU'LL DO... 1. Fournir et promouvoir un service courtois et rapide pour chaque client, qu’il entre ou sorte, en se tenant à la porte d’entrée ou de sortie de la succursale. 2. Aider l’équipe de prévention des pertes en suivant la procédure suivante : Ajouter des tickets de retour à toutes les marchandises entrant dans la succursale, repérer les gros achats sortants tels que les appareils électroniques et vérifier le reçu du client (article et date), signaler tout comportement suspect à la direction et à l’équipe de prévention des pertes et réagir aux annonces de codes ADAM conformément aux lignes directrices. 3. Comprendre et appliquer le programme SEA en réagissant avec courtoisie aux défauts de démagnétisation et en aidant à cerner la cause première et à enregistrer l’incident, tout en portant toute défaillance du système à l’attention des équipes de direction pour qu’elles y remédient. 4. S’assurer que les clients disposent des outils nécessaires pour magasiner, notamment un chariot, un panier et un prospectus. 5. Conseiller les clients et demander l’aide des préposés aux ventes pour orienter les clients vers les différents secteurs de la succursale et répondre à leurs questions. 6. Contribuer à un environnement de travail sécuritaire, propre et sans obstacles grâce au respect des directives et des procédures de l’entreprise.
