The Labourer is responsible for reading work orders, performing basic welding or fitting, and operating steel processing equipment. They also assist in material movement using cranes and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Read and interpret work orders; load and unload trailers; sort metal sheets, parts, scrap, and other materials; and perform assigned project tasks and housekeeping. Assist with moving materials around the plant or property using equipment such as cranes and forklifts, and use hand tools to cut, grind, or chip excess metal when needed.

The Blaster is responsible for operating blast machines, planning cart loading, and performing routine equipment maintenance. They also manage material staging in paint booths and assist with crane and rigging tasks.
