Pay: $52,000-57,000/year Schedule: Monday - Friday As a Dispatcher with us, your key responsibilities will include: Coordinating driver routes and schedules to ensure timely and efficient waste collection services. Communicating with drivers throughout the day to provide updates, route adjustments, and problem resolution. Handling customer inquiries related to service scheduling, delays, and special requests. Tracking fleet performance and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. Collaborating with operations teams to optimize safety, efficiency and customer satisfaction. What We Need From You 2 years of experience in a high-volume dispatch or logistics environment. Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting. Experience with dispatching software and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Requirements
Candidates must have 2 years of experience in a high-volume dispatch or logistics environment. Proficiency in dispatching software and Microsoft Office Suite is required, along with strong multitasking and communication skills.
