As we continue to grow, we are currently seeking a Wash Bay / Yard Labourer to join our Fleet Maintenance Team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys staying active, takes pride in keeping things clean and organized, and is open to supporting different areas of the operation as needed. Responsibilities: * Wash and clean fleet vehicles according to schedule, ensuring company standards are met * Assist Container Maintenance staff with preparing containers for delivery * Pick up parts and supplies as required * Assist with inventory tracking and basic data entry when needed * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the wash bay, shop areas, and yard * Support general yard clean-up and housekeeping duties * Ensure tools and equipment are in good working condition and properly stored * Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment * Other other duties as assigned. Qualifications: * Strong work ethic and positive attitude * Team player with the ability to work independently when required * Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions * Valid driver’s license * Comfortable performing physical work in an industrial environment Work Environment: * Exposure to noise such as is common in trucking and shop environments * Requires outdoor work in varying weather conditions What we Offer: * $25.31 - $28.12 per hour * Competitive Salary and Benefits Package * DPSP & RRSP Pension Plan * Monday to Friday (may change to Tuesday–Saturday) | 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM | 5×8 schedule * Stable, full-time employment with an essential service provider Join Our Team!
