Waterloo Regional Health Network (WRHN) Foundation works in partnership with our community to raise funds that help elevate the healthcare experience of Waterloo Regional Health Network patients and staff. Today, WRHN and WRHN Foundation are supporting care for 10% of Ontarians - 1.4 million people. Thanks to generous support from donors, we raise funds for vital equipment, programs and resources at WRHN that are not covered by the Ontario Ministry of Health.

Lead the strategy, development, and delivery of donor impact reports and multi-channel stewardship initiatives, ensuring donor commitments, gift agreements, and financial reporting are accurate and fulfilled. Coordinate with Foundation and hospital partners, manage donor data and engagement workflows, and evaluate performance to improve donor retention, loyalty, and impact communications.
