Brief Description Manufactures Representative Location: Ontario, Canada About The Role We are seeking a self-directed, results-oriented Manufactures Representative to lead sales growth and market development across Ontario, Canada. This role combines independent territory ownership with strong alignment to company sales initiatives, reporting discipline, and cross-functional collaboration. The successful candidate will be a relationship-driven professional who thrives in the field and represents the company with credibility, consistency, and accountability. Key Responsibilities Own and grow the Ontario territory. Actively manage a customer base of retailers, distributors, contractors, and architectural partners to drive sales growth and long-term relationships. Drive market penetration, revenue growth, and product adoption through disciplined execution of company sales initiatives. Develop new business opportunities and expand share with existing customers through solutions-based selling and new product introductions. Plan and execute a structured rotation of customer visits across major hubs and surrounding markets. Lead customer meetings, business reviews, product training sessions, and dealer presentations. Develop and manage customer programs from start to finish, providing updates to customers and the Regional Sales Manager. Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and regional dynamics to inform territory strategy. Promote and support the use of company digital tools and platforms (e.g., CRM). Maintain accurate, timely sales reporting in the CRM system. Attend sales meetings, customer events, contractor functions, trade shows, and other assigned industry events. Comply with all company safety initiatives, policies, and reporting requirements. Experience Experience in building materials, construction products, retail distribution, or a related industry. Ability to manage a large geographic territory independently. Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills. Strategic mindset with disciplined sales execution and time management. Comfort working within structured sales processes, CRM systems, and reporting expectations. Proactive, professional, and solutions-oriented approach. Success in This Role Consistent territory growth through disciplined customer coverage, new business development, and measurable revenue progress. Strong CRM adoption, timely reporting, and clear communication with customers, leadership, and internal teams. Travel Regular travel throughout Ontario is required, along with attendance at sales meetings in both Canada and the United States, as well as industry trade shows. Travel is generally planned and predictable, with occasional overnight stays and seasonal planning. Manufacturer's Reports to: Regional Sales Manager
