We're looking for an RMT who treats massage therapy as clinical care ? and who wants to practice alongside chiropractors, physiotherapists, and other disciplines in a genuinely connected environment. *The Opportunity* * Purpose-built, acoustically treated private treatment rooms designed for focused, comfortable care * A collaborative, referral-driven environment ? direct internal referrals from chiropractic, physiotherapy, and other disciplines from day one * A modern tech stack built around Jane: online booking, charting, and direct billing handled cleanly, so your admin stays light * Strong local foot traffic in one of Calgary's most walkable neighbourhoods *Who You Are* * A Registered Massage Therapist with 2,200-hour (or equivalent) certification and membership in good standing with a recognized professional association (e.g., MTAA, NHPC, CMMOTA) eligible for insurance direct billing * Carrying current professional liability insurance * An experienced, patient-centred therapist with strong assessment skills and a therapeutic, outcome-oriented approach * Collaborative, approachable, and professional ? you communicate well with patients and co-treating practitioners alike * Excited to help shape a brand-new clinic's culture and patient experience *How We Work* * *Independent contractor structure* ? you control your schedule, your treatment style, and your patient mix * *Banded compensation splits that grow as your caseload grows* ? your success is rewarded directly *Where You'll Work* 2207 4th Street SW, Calgary, AB, T2S 1W9 ? in Mission, with underground parking for practitioners and patients.
