The successful candidate will support financial reporting, accounting operations, reconciliations, compliance activities, and day-to-day financial management. Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities Prepare financial statements and management reports Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Assist with tax and regulatory compliance requirements Maintain accurate accounting documentation and records Work with internal teams and external stakeholders on finance-related matters Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and reporting Requirements Relevant qualification in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline Relevant professional accounting experience Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel Strong analytical and problem-solving skills High level of attention to detail and accuracy Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines Desirable Experience with Australian accounting and reporting requirements Professional accounting qualification or progress toward one Experience with ERP/accounting platforms Salary & Benefits Salary: AUD [XX,XXX – XXX,XXX] + superannuation, depending on experience and the applicable employment arrangements.
