Job summary

POSITION OVERVIEW As the Road Coordinator at Navacord, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our mobile insurance services. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and manage the team of mobile insurance agents, ensuring that our partner dealership clients receive prompt and efficient service. You will handle service requests, schedule appointments, and oversee the delivery of insurance services, making this role ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and possess a strong sense of urgency. This is an on-site position based at our New Westminster branch location. RESPONSIBILITIES: Service Coordination & Scheduling Manage and coordinate insurance service requests from auto dealerships on a daily basis through phone and email. Assess client needs and schedule insurance service delivery for licensed mobile road agents, ensuring timely and accurate appointments. Monitor the status of service deliveries to ensure prompt handling and resolution of all service requests. Client Management Address and resolve client concerns in a professional and timely manner, maintaining high standards of customer service. Escalate service issues to management as needed, providing detailed information to facilitate resolution. Internal Communication Foster positive relationships within the branches, meeting service level standards, and collaborating effectively with dealer partners. Work closely with mobile agents to ensure they are well-informed and prepared for their shifts, including coordinating logistics and schedules. Operations & Administration Perform opening and closing duties for the office, ensuring smooth daily operations. Ensure the timely completion of daily administrative tasks, including maintaining accurate records and documentation. Assist with office maintenance tasks, such as ensuring that supplies are stocked and available. Additional duties and responsibilities may be added during the course of employment. Requirements: Highly organized with excellent prioritization abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to address issues swiftly and efficiently. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear and effective interactions with clients and team members. Ability to multitask while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong team player with the ability to work independently and take initiative when needed. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook), with the ability to utilize these tools for various administrative tasks. The salary range for this role is $40,000 to $47,000 per year. Compensation is determined by a combination of factors including a candidate’s experience, job-specific knowledge, and skills.
