Job summary
POSITION OVERVIEW As a Technical Administrator, Auto Insurance at Navacord, you will play a crucial role in the efficient processing and management of ICBC documents and payments. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will contribute to the overall success of our team by ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions, maintaining inventory, and supporting internal audits. This is an on-site position based at our New Westminster branch location. RESPONSIBILITIES: Regularly assigning inventory for road and office operations and maintaining the stock for efficient business operations. Assist with internal regular stock audits for the office and work with the branch leadership to action on discrepancies and issues immediately. Connecting with ICBC for stock related enquiries. Collect, sort, and confirm ICBC documents and payments to ensure accuracy for documentation, reporting, and audits. Accurately enter client data and transaction information into the insurance system Balance and reconcile transactions and reports to maintain an accurate record. Manage bank deposits and withdrawals in a timely manner, ensuring the safe delivery of cash and company property. Keep track of pending documents and facilitating necessary follow-ups as required. May assist with producing monthly commission reports for auto insurance employees. Additional duties and responsibilities may be added during the course of employment. Requirements: Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, with the ability to further develop skills in that area. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing documents and transactions. Demonstrated sense of accountability and responsibility in handling financial tasks. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to multi-task effectively in a dynamic environment, both independently and collaboratively within a team. Prior experience in a similar role within the insurance industry is considered an asset. Familiarity with ICBC procedures and documentation. The salary range for this role is $21.00 per hour. Compensation is determined by a combination of factors including a candidate’s experience, job-specific knowledge, and skills.
