Job summary
Travel Coordinator WB Melback Corporation is seeking a highly organized and proactive Travel Coordinator to manage and coordinate travel arrangements for our team. This role ensures smooth, efficient, and cost-effective travel while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and travel service providers. Occasional support outside regular business hours, including evenings and weekends, may be required. What You’ll Be Doing: Research and plan travel arrangements, including flights, car rentals, hotels, and other accommodations Book travel in accordance with company policies and project requirements Monitor schedules and provide timely updates to travelers and stakeholders Troubleshoot travel issues such as cancellations, delays, and last-minute changes Liaise with travel agencies, suppliers, and service providers to ensure smooth execution Maintain organized records of bookings, itineraries, and related documentation Ensure travel arrangements are cost-effective and align with budgets and policies Provide guidance to employees on travel procedures, policies, and documentation Assist with preparing travel reports and tracking expenses Perform other duties as assigned What We’re Looking For: College diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Travel & Tourism, or related field preferred 2+ years of experience in travel coordination or administrative support in a corporate or project-based environment Strong knowledge of booking systems, travel suppliers, and corporate travel policies Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and travel management software Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure Flexibility to respond to travel issues during evenings and weekends Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple itineraries simultaneously Compensation & Benefits: $25–$30/hour (based on experience & credentials) Comprehensive benefits program HOW TO APPLY: Submit resumes to www.wbmelback.bamboohr.com/careers Only candidates selected for interviews will be contacted.
