In this role you would be responsible for the day-to-day IT operations for this growing number of customers. This means that clients will call, email, or live chat with to resolve any number of issues that they are having. You would be responsible for answering that call, helping the user with anything required to get them back up and working productively. Requirements
Requires experience in IT support, proficiency with O365, and basic networking knowledge. Certifications such as A+, Network+, Security+, MS-900, or AZ-900 are considered assets.
