In this role you would be responsible for the day-to-day IT operations for this growing number of customers. This means that clients will call, email, or live chat with to resolve any number of issues that they are having. You would be responsible for answering that call, helping the user with anything required to get them back up and working productively. Candidates should have experience in an IT support capacity and possess strong critical thinking and customer service skills. Basic networking knowledge and relevant certifications like A+, Network+, or Microsoft fundamentals are considered assets.
