Provide strategic compensation support, data analysis, and advisory services to leaders and HR partners regarding job design and pay structures. Requires a degree or diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration with four to six years of progressive experience in compensation and job evaluation. Expertise in Korn Ferry/Hay methodology and experience in unionized or public sector environments are highly valued.
