The Workers’ Compensation Board of Nova Scotia (WCB) is the province’s provider of workplace injury insurance. We inform and inspire Nova Scotians in the prevention of workplace injury, but when it occurs, we support those whose lives it touches, fostering a timely and safe return to work. We also provide caring, compassionate support in the wake of workplace tragedy. The WCB is a dynamic organization of about 400 employees. Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors, communicate cybersecurity risks to leadership, and drive initiatives that improve security posture and organizational resilience.

Lead a multidisciplinary team delivering enhancements, integrations, releases, automation, and platform improvements across the Guidewire Cloud ecosystem. Set platform priorities and roadmap, coordinate releases, and improve stability, reliability, performance, and delivery quality in partnership with technical and business stakeholders.
