ServiceNow Solutions Architect

Job Description We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect with strong expertise in CMDB and ITOM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions, driving CMDB maturity, and leading ITOM initiatives including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management. Key Responsibilities Design and architect ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM solutions. Lead implementation of Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management. Define CMDB governance, data models, and best practices. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solution recommendations. Ensure platform scalability, integration, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices. Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams. Required Skills 8+ years of ServiceNow experience with strong CMDB and ITOM expertise. Hands-on experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management. Strong understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise architecture. Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools and cloud platforms. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
