Position Summary We are hiring for a General Labour role within our Manufacturing team. This position is rotational by design — the successful candidate will be trained across multiple production stations and moved between them as scheduling and production needs require. This role is best suited to a versatile, safety-conscious individual who is comfortable learning new tasks, adapting quickly, and supporting wherever the production line needs coverage. What you'll do Assist on the production line to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks. Assemble and package products with precision, verifying that all components are correctly included and secured. Operate basic machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently & Build, assemble, and finish products according to shop orders and work instructions Complete production and quality documentation and logs Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Inspect finished products for quality, reporting any defects or inconsistencies. Maintain continuity across shifts by communicating actions, issues, and additional needs Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets and deadlines. Comply with the Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Act and all applicable site safety procedures Qualifications & Skills Previous manufacturing or production experience considered an asset Ability to read and follow work instructions and production specifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Willingness and ability to cross-train and rotate between multiple work areas Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical Requirements Ability to regularly lift and move materials weighing 20–25 lbs Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment Ability to safely operate lifting equipment (e.g., cranes) where required Working Conditions Manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, heat, and materials dust. Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Work performed in compliance with the Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Act
