Oversee budgets, expenses, financial and operational reporting, reserve planning, regulatory compliance, and initiatives to improve resident experience and property performance.

Support the property management accounting team with bookkeeping, journal entries, account reconciliations, and accurate financial records for condominium communities. Assist with payables and receivables, financial reports, budgets, and expenditure monitoring while resolving discrepancies and supporting process improvements and compliance.
