In partnership with our L & D team, develop training, FAQs, quick reference guides, prompt examples, and workflow materials. Promote safe, consistent, and responsible AI use across the firm. Innovation & Value: Identify, assess, and prioritize practical AI use cases with practice groups and departments. Build and test AI-assisted workflows for legal and business use cases. Document benefits, lessons learned, limitations, risks, and adoption outcomes. Governance and Responsible Use The role will help users understand approved usage expectations, support documentation of AI risks and controls, reinforce human review of AI outputs, and collaborate with IT, security, privacy, risk, vendors, and business stakeholders to support professional obligations, confidentiality, data protection, and firm standards. Qualifications and Experience Degree, diploma, or equivalent experience in information technology, legal technology, business technology, knowledge management, or a related field. Practical understanding of generative AI tools, large language models, prompting concepts, and AI-assisted workflows. At least 1-2 years of experience supporting enterprise technology platforms, business applications, legal technology, AI tools, or professional services technology environments. Experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, Harvey, document management systems, knowledge management tools, vendor coordination, training materials, or law firm/professional services environments is strongly preferred.
