Reporting to the General Foreman, the Welder means being part of the team that brings it all together. Your pride in your ability to present high-quality artisanship will be recognized, as each attachment is custom designed. Every day can be a day for learning something new and for sharing your own knowledge and techniques with your teammates. What Will You Do? * Work with heavy plate steel * Read and interpret blueprints or welding process specifications * Follow directions given in layouts, drawings and work orders * Welding of various heavy equipment attachments and components utilizing MCAW and FCAW * Use of overhead cranes * Maintain a clean, orderly and safe work environment at all times * Ensure workmanship throughout the manufacturing process and on finished goods meets or exceeds the cost, quality and schedule expectations of all customers * Active participation in the WBM safety program, ensuring that workplace safety exists at all time * Adhere to quality control standards and procedures * Maintain a clean, orderly and safe work environment at all times * Other duties as required Sound Familiar? * A minimum of three (3) years of related experience in the 1/16 metal core and 3/32 flux core is essential to this position. * Overhead crane experience is required * Forklift experience is an asset * Specific experience in a heavy steel fabrication/machining/assembly environment is considered desirable Bonus Round! The welder will perform high-quality welding on heavy equipment attachments using MCAW and FCAW techniques while interpreting blueprints and work orders. They are responsible for maintaining a safe, clean work environment and ensuring all finished goods meet strict quality control standards.

Candidates must have a minimum of three years of related experience specifically with 1/16 metal core and 3/32 flux core welding. Experience with overhead cranes is required, while forklift experience is considered an asset.
