Partner with Sales and Brand Marketing to drive sell-in and sell-through through customer-centric activation plans and in-market execution. Requires over 7 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably within the beauty, personal care, or professional salon industry. Experience working with major Canadian retailers like Sephora and Shoppers Drug Mart is considered a significant asset.
