This role will focus on designing, building, and deploying artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions to solve real-world business problems. The ideal candidate has a strong technical foundation and can translate complex AI concepts into practical solutions for our clients. Key Responsibilities Develop, train, and optimize machine learning models for client projects. Analyze business needs and identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions. Work with stakeholders to design proof-of-concepts and deploy production-ready systems. Integrate AI/ML models with existing software, cloud platforms, or enterprise systems. Stay current with emerging AI technologies, tools, and best practices. Provide technical guidance to clients and internal teams. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus). 7+ years of experience with machine learning, deep learning, or AI-focused development. Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages. Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills for client-facing discussions. Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with NLP, computer vision, or generative AI. Knowledge of MLOps and CI/CD pipelines.
