Reporting to the Supply Chain Team Lead, the Supply Chain Coordinator role is an integral part of the Supply Chain Department. The Supply Chain Coordinator will be primarily responsible for facilitating the overall day-to-day functions of the global Supply Chain team, and other deliverables as outlined below. Key Deliverables and Responsibilities Process incoming POs and redirect to appropriate department or team for action. Respond to customer inquiries regarding their orders, timing of shipping, etc. Review incoming RFQ’s and process or redirect to appropriate department for action. Assist with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) processing as required. Regular reporting to Regional Management on Global Delivery Schedule, schedule changes as required. Facilitate packing and delivery of hardware according to company schedules including but not limited to preparing commercial paperwork in accordance with Wenco’s prescribed policies and procedures. Export Control Compliance including staying up to date with regulations. Ensure data integrity in Wenco’s business systems for uniform and accurate data entry across locations to meet business requirements and reporting deadlines. Support company-wide inventory management as required. Support procurement policies as set by Executive and ensuring compliance with internal controls and external regulations. Support the day-to-day Supply Chain team duties. Ad-hoc tasks requested by manager pending business needs. Experience and Knowledge Certificate in Supply Chain and Logistics or related field or equivalent work experience. High school diploma and any post-secondary education in logistics or related field 3+ years of experience in a relevant role. Experience Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Navision an asset. Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Detail orientated and committed to quality and a high level of accuracy. Skills and Abilities Ability to understand, learn and apply regulations as applicable to the business and new processes. Strong organizational & time management skills. Excellent communication skills, verbally as well as the ability to write clear, formal business communications. Base salary of $60,000 - $70,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
